About

Built for the messy middle of service businesses.

Steerframe is led by Stephen Todd, with 11 years of experience across operations, logistics, field engineering and project delivery.

That background helps identify the handovers, workarounds and hidden dependencies that are easy to miss when the conversation starts with technology. The focus is not adding AI for the sake of it — it is finding where sales, service, support and delivery are being slowed down, then building only what has a clear case.
